1. Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
- Fabric must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging where applicable
- Custom-cut, final sale, or specially prepared items may not be returnable unless defective
3. How to Request a Return
Email support@cottonvelote.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original PayPal payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
